FAQs....

Do I need a Paypal account to order?

No. Paypal is just the company used by the website providers to process payments. If you want to checkout using a card, click the blue CHECKOUT button, and then, underneath where you enter your details, click the black CONTINUE button - basically ignore anything that says PayPal on it!

I'm ordering a Junior suit - how will I know what size to choose?

Please take a full look at all the info and the pictures on the suit / starter pack page for lots of guidance. If you're still not sure, please ask in the admin office if you could try a suit on your child (note, ask this BEFORE their lesson when they're not all hot and sweaty!)

How long will my order take?

As nearly all of our items are sent to the printers/embroiderers to have a logo etc added, so it's best to allow 2 to 3 weeks. If you'd like to be more certain of a timeframe, please email Helen and she'll find out for you.

What happens if my item is out of stock?

If you're ordering a suit and it's showing 'greyed out' in the dropdown, this means that we don't have that size in at at the moment. Please email Helen so she can let you know when we are expecting some in.

 

With regards to Hoodies, t-shirts etc, we order them individually. This means that occasionally an item can be out of stock at the manufacturers and we won't know until we try to order it on your behalf.

If this happens we'll contact you and see if you would like an alternative colour, or arrange a refund if you'd prefer.

How do I receive my order?

You will receive an email notification that your item is ready for collection. You can collect on your usual day, or call in during any of our other weekdays, between 5.30pm and 7.30pm.

(If the admin office is unattended during your lesson, your item will be left on top of the filing cabinet - please help yourself).
